THE AUSTRALIAN BUSH FLOWER ESSENCE SYSTEM
Austrian Bush Flower Essences consist of 69 essences derived from flowers and plants that primarily originate from Australia, although a few are transplants, and all are harvested from completely wild and as pollution free environments as possible. None are cultivated ensuring the strongest derived potency for the essences.
Personalized Mixes are made up following a full evaluation and can consist of either a single flower essence or a mixture of essences. Each mix will address a single issue and will be taken for a specified length of time, usually from 2 to 4 weeks. Occasionally, due to special situations, a longer time period is appropriate, such as HRT, Diabetes support, severe Self Esteem issue, etc. Full instructions are given with every personal mix and follow up support is provided.
Combination Essences
These are unique formulations that have been created over many years of use for specific themes. They are wonderfully fast acting and support emotional care and well being.

White Light and Light Frequency Essences
These are two groups of essences consisting of seven essences each and are called the Spiritual Essences. They are taken alone and for a period of two weeks. It is recommended that no other essences are taken at the same time as their use.
White Light Essences purpose is to "help each individual invoke and access the realm of Nature and Spirit within ourselves so as to more fully explore and understand our spirituality and fulfill our highest potential."
